Configure existing tools or products

Every now and then you need to reconfigure your existing tools or/and products. The most common changes are:

  1. Adjust the price for your tool.

    Click Tools, then the tab Sales and there you select the product that need to be changed. Please note that all existing subscriptions does not change, if you want to change in a subscription you need to go to Licence management/Subscription, search for the subscription and then click the Edit button.

  2. Change the product to be automatically renewed.

    Click Tools, then click the tab Sales and select the product that you want to change.
    Scroll down and make sure the button Turn on manual managment is not activated.

  3. Change the information that is presented in the Skolon library.

    Click Tools and then click the tab Language. When you click you can either change the name of the tool, short description or/and long description.

  4. Change the tool icon, tools page and/or Screenshots for your tool

    Click the Media tab.
    The tool icon should be 240*240 px, in jpg,-format.
    Image for the tools page, 1280 x 360px in jpg- or png-format.
    Screenshots should be 1280*1080px, in jpg-format.

  5. If you have tools in several markets in Skolon, please notice:

A: Company description and logo are common for all markets, they are changed under Settings/Company settings.

B: You can have a separate support link for each market. These are set under Settings/Company settings.

C: Rules and terms is common for all markets as default. If need be, you can add separate Rules and terms for each tool under Tools/Information.

D: Media is the same for all markets so if you need to have separate pictures, you need to create a new tool for that market.
